1. List the changes that were made to the model's face in the computer.
Her acne goes away.
Her eyes get bigger.
Her neck becomes longer.
Her eyebrows perk up and get darker.
They fix her hair.
2. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo? Why or why not?
I believe it is unethical because it is not the true persons apperance.
3. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
If there was a singer who was fat but they made her look skinny in videos and pictures, because people thought she was to fat.
4. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
OK=Making your eyes a different color, or Making your lips a different color.
Bad=Making yourself skinny, or Making your body more physically attractive.
5. Explain what you think the differences are between fashion photography and photojournalism.
Fashion photography makes women and men look more physically attractive, while photojournalism keeps people looking the same that they are.
6. What relationship does each type of photography have to reality, and how does this affect the ethical practice of each? Photoshop makes people fake. If people use that to make themselves look beautiful that is wrong. You are lying to yourself and others. I feel like that is horrible to do to yourself. Just accept the way you are.
